Who are we? We are Content Society. A boutique media, content and copywriting agency that helps businesses create an online presence and have a meaningful conversation with their customers.


Content Society was created by the needs of other small businesses. Our services have developed and grown along the way because of what people have asked of us. Our primary goal, in the age of digital, is to make life easier for small business owners. We are one ourselves (a small business) so we understand the time, budget and ‘life’ constraints (let’s be real, we’ve all got two hands and only 24 hours in a day)!

We help create social strategies, manage workflow and training for you and your staff, develop ideas and campaigns, build websites and, most importantly, let you focus on your core business.

We know audiences, and we've spent our working lives creating good content that speaks to people. Taking your business online isn't about pushing product, it's about engaging with people and telling your story.

Company founder, Sarah Stevens, has been a journalist for two decades; and worked as a television producer, magazine writer and editor across print and digital platforms. In that time, she's worked with many of Australia's leading media companies, including the Nine Network, Australian Consolidated Press (now Bauer Media), News Ltd and Pacific Magazines. Her producing and writing portfolio crosses a plethora of genres from women's fashion and beauty, news and current affairs, food, travel, home, sport, celebrity, teens, and weddings.

Sarah works alongside some of Australia's most talented creatives - photographers, stylists, writers, videographers.
